This site is designed as a source for information for independent agents and their staff. We hope you like what you see. If you have any comments please, go to the contact area of this site and let us know.
The fundamental purpose and objective of the association is to promote and represent the common business interests of independent insurance agents within the industry. We communicate and promote the benefits of purchasing insurance from independent agents and generally encourage understanding, cooperation and good relations among its members, the insurance industry, government and the public. We also produce a bi-monthly publication appropriately named The Suffolk Big Eye which provides local association news and advertising.
As independent insurance agents & brokers we know how important your business is.
Each year we host meetings for our members. Many are round table events that allow you to learn how to better dissect a contract or find new business. Think about joining us for one this year.
There is truly no better way to network than in person. Consider joining us for one of our many networking events to meet others in the industry. Consider joining us at our beer tasting event, installation dinner or holiday party.
Join us for our annual golf outing and do more than just golf. Your support of this event helps us raise money for the IAB-Foundation. The goal of which is to raise money to obtain an insurance program at Stony Brook University, ensuring a future work force for the industry.
